We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must contact us about any issue item within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue.

 

Damaged or Defective Items Policy

We stand behind the quality of products we sell. While cases are rare, damages and defects do happen once in a while. When it happened, you must contact us about any damaged or defective items within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution of the issue. we’ll send you replacement parts for free. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo and/or a video as proof of the original item when providing a resolution. We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.

 

Missing Parts Policy

Is your new chair missing a leg or any accessories? Let’s get your assembly back on track! Use the following steps to help determine your next steps:

1) Your missing part might not be missing at all. It might be that the parts are stored in places for shipping which makes them tough to spot. Review every part to determine if your furniture parts are hidden.

2) If after checking for hidden parts, you are still missing something, we’ll send you missing parts or accessories for free.

You must contact us about any missing parts or accessories within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution. To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo and/or a video as proof of the original item when providing a resolution. We reserve the right to refuse to service any missing item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.

 

Wrong Item Policy

If we’ve sent you something you didn’t order, you must contact us about the correct item within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a resolution.we will get the correct item to you for free . To help make your order perfect, we may require a photo and/or a video as proof of the original item when providing a resolution. We reserve the right to refuse to service any missing item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.

 

Other Return Policy

If the return is not due to product quality but the customer's subjective reasons (just don't like it), please make sure the item must be:

1). In its original, undamaged condition

2) Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled

3) In its original packaging.

Note: If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a box that’s similar to the original.

If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse the refund or charge for a return unit. We reserve the right to refuse to service any missing item reported more than 30 days after the delivery date.


Return Fee

1) Return shipping cost will be paid by the customer himself/herself, our Return Center does not accept cash on delivery.

2) A 20% repacking fee will be charged per returned item; this fee is deducted from your refund.

3) If an order is returned to us because you refused the delivery, we will charge reasonable return costs and they will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refund Timing

We’ll initiate your refund when we receive your item(s) at our Return Center. Generally, refunds take 5-7 days but may take up to 2 weeks dependent on your refund method.
